A People's History Of World War One In this essay, I will present a class analysis of the First World War. I hope to begin a retelling of the conflict from the otherside. Not simply as the bloody struggle of capitalists and monarchs over the division of the world, but also as a class war between the working classes and their rulers for life itself.
