Iran: Call for demonstrations from the striking workers of the Haft Tappeh Sugar Cane Co.

The workers at Haft Tappeh Sugar Cane Co. have also been involved in numerous disputes over the last year.

Let’s all shout: Bread, Jobs, Freedom

To the people of Iran,

Hereby we, the workers of Haft Tappeh Sugar Cane Company, announce our support for the general protests in most cities of Iran. We believe that the people of Iran are protesting social problems1 , and today the protest’s voice is being heard from all over the country, pleading for justice.

However, the regime’s authorities, instead of hearing the painful poverty, unemployment and hunger of Iranian people, provoke the protesters towards physical reaction and alter the course of protests into violent scenes. Then, the mercenary IRIB (Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting) enters the fray and broadcasts only the scenes of people’s violence in order to introduce these people as agitators, and by this way legitimise the arrest of the protesters.

Beware people of Iran and do not be deceived by the dirty game of national Iran Broadcasting and security forces. Let’s shout patiently and without violence that we are tired of this much injustice and discrimination.
Thus, we as the community of the workers of Haft Tappeh sugar cane co. affirm the right to protest and strike introduced into clause no. 27 of the constitution, and the claim of regime’s authorities based on their non-opposition to peaceful protests. We call all unions, syndicates and workers’ communities to come into the streets on Sunday 7th Jan at 18:00 and participate in a demonstration and rally and shout our protests against wide-spread injustice and rights’ violation in Iran. فریاد بزنیم : نان کار آزادی

مردم ایران سلام

بدین وسیله ما کارگران شرکت نیشکر هفت تپه حمایت خود را از اعتراضات سراسری در اکثر شهر های ایران را اعلام می کنیم و معتقدیم مردم ایران جامعه ی معترضی است و امروز صدای اعتراض از تمام نقاط این سرزمین به گوش می رسد و دادخواهی می کنند و مسئولین نظام بجای اینکه شنوندی صدای دردناک فقر و بیکاری و گرسنگی ملت شریف ایران باشند به روال گذشته بار دیگر همان مکانیزم تکراری برخورد با معترضین دردمند را در پیش گرفته اند بدین گونه که نیروهای امنیتی و بسیج با عصبانی کردن مردم معترض را وادار به واکنش فیزیکی و تبدیل اعتراضات به صحنه ی خشونت می نماید سپس صدا و سیمای خود فروخته وارد معرکه شده و فقط صحنه های خشونت مردم را به تصویر می کشاند تا مردم معترض را اغتشاشگر معرفی کرده تا برای دستگیری و به بند کردن معترضین بکار خود شرعیت بدهند.
مردم ایران هوشیار باشید و فریب بازی کثیف صدا و سیمای میلی و نیروهای امنیت را نخوریم و صبورانه و بدون خشونت فریاد بر آریم که دیگر خسته ایم از این همه بی عدالتی و تبعیض...
لذا ما جامعه ی کارگران شرکت نیشکر هفت تپه با توجه به حق اعتراض و اعتصاب که دراصل ۲۷ قانون اساسی نیز آمده است و ادعای مسئولین نظام مبنی بر عدم مخالفت تظاهرات مسالمت آمیز ، از تمام اصناف و سندیکاها و جوامع کارگری کشور دعوت بعمل می آوریم تا در روز یکشنبه 17 دی ماه 96 از ساعت 16 به خیابان ها آمده و در تظاهرات و راهپیمایی اعتراضی شرکت نموده و بدون خشونت اعتراض خود را به بی عدالتی و حق خوری های گسترده در کشور ایران ، فریاد بزنیم.، نان کار آزادی
