Rita Milton – Photographs and Materials from London Anarchist Circles

This gallery contains photographs and archival material relating to Rita Milton, an anarchist active in London in the mid-20th century.

The images include photographs from anarchist meetings and club gatherings, including scenes of speakers at podiums and informal group settings. Some prints are small and informal in nature but offer visual documentation of anarchist activity during the period.

The majority of Rita Milton’s books and papers have been returned to Freedom Press, as this seemed the most appropriate home for them. A small number of items remain with family members.
