The Uncivil Servant - Public Workers Network # 1 - Oct. 1993

"The Uncivil Servant" was an initiative of the WSA-initiated Public Workers Network.
The PSN was an effort at building a cross sector of public workers industrial network.
The other industrial network that WSA members worked on was in education. Neither
network gained traction, although the one in education did last longer and was able to
carry out some activities, including a regularish newsletter.

The early 1990's was a time when anarcho-syndicalists in a number of countries tried
starting to build industrial networks. The concept originated with the good comrades
if the British Direct Action Movement / Solidarity Federation.
