This year, on August 5, is to be held in Japan the 56th International Antiwar Assembly.

Dear participants of the 56th International Antiwar Assembly, dear Japanese comrades and all comrades from all over the world!
The International Proletarian Union of the city of Krasnoyarsk (Russia) sends you its fraternal international greetings!
The economic crisis exacerbates the clashes between States, small and large, for the acquisition of new markets, for the control over zones in which are to be found raw materials necessary for the reproduction of capital and the acquisition of strong positions in view of the third world war, which capitalism leads these States to. The big imperialist powers are mobilizing with alarming speed and determination. Faced with the prospect of an impending world massacre, we therefore call on the working people all over the world.
Today, there is a growing world inter-imperialist confrontation with the threat of a new world war. The cause of this growing crisis is the capitalist system as a whole, and therefore the goal of the proletarians of all countries must be to overthrow capitalism in every country and in the world as a whole. No matter who initiates military conflicts!
If this cruel consumer society leads only to war, to the destruction of everything and everyone in order to preserve the capitalist socio-economic system that gave birth to it, then we must declare war on war and fight capitalism for a world order that does not need exploitation, crises, wars and millions of victims, for the survival of a small international group of oligarchs.
Only a revolutionary process all over the world can stop a new world war, and destroy with it the economic system that supports it. Fundamentally different, the socialist organization of production and distribution of social wealth can be a guarantee that such barbarity will not be repeated periodically with a tragic punctuality. The only real effective way to struggle against the third world war can only be the revolutionary overthrow of capitalism by the organized world proletariat.
Therefore, this is the opportunity to call on all participants of the 56th International Antiwar Assembly and all the class-conscious proletarians of our planet.
Comrades, in our common struggle, no alliance with the national bourgeoisie is acceptable in the name of defending “independence”, “democracy”, “peace”, etc.
Any “patriotic” movement inevitably turns out to be under the control of one or another imperialist State, turning into their instrument in “proxy wars”. The historical time of bourgeois revolutions has passed. There are no bourgeois factions capable of any new revolutionary transformation.
In these conditions, we, the “International Proletarian Union”, stand for the creation of a world communist organization of people who defend the fundamental class interests of the proletariat and are guided by the general principles of Marxist theory.
Such an organization is necessary to prepare for a world revolution by helping to the emergence of a world-historic, international proletariat and, thereby, creating the last condition missing for this revolution.
Comrades, no “national socialism” within the framework of one single country is possible. Isolated, the dictatorship of the proletariat will inevitably be crushed by the economic and military efforts of imperialism. This, of course, does not deny the possibility that, as a pioneer in the world revolution of the working class, its separate national detachments may first appear. The task of the working class and its class parties in all countries is the unconditional and universal support of this initiative and the display of all efforts for its propaganda and dissemination to all countries.
Objective conditions are on our side. At the beginning of the 20th century there were 60 million proletarians in the world, on the eve of the second world war 140 million, now about 2 billion. Together with families, this is more than half of humanity. It’s time for the working class to wake up. The capitalist world system is entering a new systemic crisis. The only thing missing is the subjective factor – the international proletarian party, built on the scientific principles of Marxism.
Either the world revolution will prevent a world war, or a world war will lead to a world revolution! In any case, the world war is a genocide directed against the working class of all countries and continents. And the world proletarian revolution is the only and final solution to the problem. And only through joint efforts, united in our common class struggle, we can stop the nuclear catastrophe and the destruction of mankind.
Therefore, our motto addressed to all the working people of our planet is the same:
“Workers of the world, unite!”

Chers participants de la 56ème Assemblée internationale contre la guerre, chers camarades japonais et tous les camarades du monde entier !
L'Union Prolétarienne Internationale de la ville de Krasnoïarsk (Russie) vous envoie ses salutations fraternelles et internationales !
La crise économique exacerbe les affrontements entre États, petits et grands, pour l’acquisition de nouveaux marchés, pour le contrôle des zones dans lesquelles on trouve des matières premières, nécessaires à la reproduction du capital et à l’acquisition de positions fortes en vue de la troisième guerre mondiale, vers laquelle le capitalisme mène ces États. Les grandes puissances impérialistes se mobilisent avec une rapidité et une détermination alarmantes. Face à la perspective d’un massacre imminent dans le monde, nous nous adressons aux travailleurs du monde entier.
Aujourd’hui, il y a une confrontation inter-impérialiste mondiale croissante avec la menace d’une nouvelle guerre mondiale. La cause de cette crise croissante, c’est le système capitaliste dans son ensemble, et donc le but des prolétaires de tous les pays doit être le renversement du capitalisme dans chaque pays et dans le monde entier. Qu’importe qui initie les conflits militaires !
Si cette société de consommation cruelle ne mène qu’à la guerre, à la destruction de tout et de tous afin de préserver le système socio-économique capitaliste qui l’a engendrée, alors nous devons déclarer la guerre à la guerre et combattre le capitalisme pour un ordre mondial qui n’a pas besoin d’exploitation, de crises, de guerres et de millions de victimes, pour la survie d’un petit groupe international d’oligarques.
Seul un processus révolutionnaire dans le monde entier peut arrêter une nouvelle guerre mondiale et détruire simultanément le système économique qui le soutient. Fondamentalement différente, l’organisation socialiste de la production et de la distribution de la richesse sociale peut être une garantie que cette barbarie ne sera pas répétée périodiquement avec une ponctualité tragique. La seule véritable façon de lutter efficacement contre la troisième guerre mondiale ne peut être que le renversement révolutionnaire du capitalisme par le prolétariat mondial organisé.
C’est pourquoi, profitant de cette occasion, nous faisons appel à tous les participants de la 56ème Assemblée internationale contre la guerre et à tous les prolétaires conscients de notre planète.
Camarades, dans notre lutte commune, aucune alliance avec la bourgeoisie nationale n’est acceptable au nom de la défense de « l’indépendance », de « la démocratie », de « la paix », etc.
Tout mouvement « patriotique » s’avère inévitablement être sous le contrôle de l’un ou l’autre des États impérialistes, se transformant en instrument de « guerre par procuration ». Le temps historique des révolutions bourgeoises est passé. Il n’y a pas de factions bourgeoises capables d’une nouvelle transformation révolutionnaire.
Dans ces conditions, nous, l’Union Prolétarienne Internationale, défendons la création d’une organisation communiste mondiale de personnes qui sont en faveur des intérêts de classe fondamentaux du prolétariat et qui sont guidées par les principes généraux de la théorie marxiste.
Une telle organisation est nécessaire pour préparer une révolution mondiale en aidant à l’émergence d’un prolétariat international historiquement mondial et en créant ainsi la dernière condition qui manque à cette révolution.
Camarades, aucun « socialisme national » dans le cadre d’un seul pays n’est possible. Isolée, la dictature du prolétariat sera inévitablement écrasée par les efforts économiques et militaires de l’impérialisme. Ceci, bien sûr, ne nie pas la possibilité que, en tant que pionnier dans la révolution mondiale de la classe ouvrière, ses détachements nationaux distincts puissent d’abord apparaître. La tâche de la classe ouvrière et de ses partis de classe dans tous les pays, c’est le soutien inconditionnel et universel de cette entreprise et le déploiement de tous les efforts pour sa propagande et sa diffusion dans tous les pays.
Les conditions objectives sont de notre côté. Au début du 20ème siècle, il y avait 60 millions de prolétaires dans le monde ; à la veille de la deuxième guerre mondiale, 140 millions ; maintenant, environ 2 milliards. Ce qui, avec les familles, représente plus de la moitié de l’humanité. Il est temps que la classe ouvrière se réveille. Le système capitaliste mondial entre dans une nouvelle crise systémique. La seule chose qui manque, c’est le facteur subjectif : le parti prolétarien international, construit sur les principes scientifiques du marxisme.
Soit la révolution mondiale empêchera une guerre mondiale, soit une guerre mondiale entrainera une révolution mondiale ! En tout cas, la guerre mondiale est un génocide dirigé contre la classe ouvrière de tous les pays et continents. Et la révolution prolétarienne mondiale est la seule et ultime solution au problème. Et c’est seulement par des efforts conjoints, unis dans notre lutte de classe commune, que nous pouvons arrêter la catastrophe nucléaire et la destruction de l’humanité.
Par conséquent, notre consigne adressée à tous les travailleurs de notre planète est la même :
« Prolétaires de tous les pays, unissez-vous ! »

В этом году 5-го августа в Японии проводится 56-ая интернациональная антивоенная ассамблея.
Интернациональный Пролетарский Союз направил интернациональное приветствие участникам ассамблеи.

Дорогие участники 56-й интернациональной антивоенной ассамблеи, дорогие наши японские товарищи и все товарищи из разных стран мира!
Интернациональный Пролетарский Союз города Красноярска (Россия) шлет Вам свой братский, интернациональный привет!
Экономический кризис обостряет столкновения между государствами, малыми и большими, за приобретение новых рынков сбыта, за контроль над зонами, в которых находится сырье, необходимое для воспроизводства капиталов и приобретения сильных позиций ввиду третьей мировой войны, к которой капитализм ведет эти государства. Крупные империалистические державы мобилизуются с тревожной скоростью и решимостью. Столкнувшись с перспективой грядущей мировой бойни, мы обращаемся к трудящимся всего мира.
Сегодня, налицо нарастание мирового межимпериалистического противостояния с угрозой новой мировой войны. Причиной этого нарастающего кризиса является капиталистическая система в целом, поэтому целью пролетариев всех стран должно быть свержение капитализма в каждой стране и в мире в целом. Независимо от того, кто является инициатором военных конфликтов.
Если это жестокое общество потребления ведет только к войне, к уничтожению всего и всех во имя сохранения капиталистической социально-экономической системы, которая его породила, тогда мы должны объявить войну войне, и бороться против капитализма за мировой порядок, который не нуждается в эксплуатации, кризисах, войнах и миллионах погибших, ради выживания небольшой международной группы олигархов.
Только всемирный революционный процесс может остановить новую мировую войну, а вместе с ней уничтожить поддерживающую его экономическую систему. Только принципиально иная – социалистическая организация производства и распределения общественного богатства, может стать гарантией того, что подобное варварство не будет повторяться периодически с трагической пунктуальностью. Единственно реальным противодействием третьей мировой войне может быть только революционное свержение капитализма руками организованного мирового пролетариата.
Поэтому, пользуясь случаем, мы обращаемся ко всем участникам 56-ей интернациональной антивоенной ассамблеи и ко всем сознательным пролетариям нашей планеты.
Товарищи, в нашей общей борьбе недопустим никакой союз с национальной буржуазией во имя защиты "независимости", "демократии", "мира" и т.д.
Любые "патриотические" движения неизбежно оказываются под контролем тех или иных империалистических государств, превращаясь в их орудие в "войнах по доверенности". Историческое время буржуазных революций прошло. Нет буржуазных фракций, способных на какие-либо новые революционные преобразования.
В этих условиях, мы, «Интернациональный пролетарский союз» – выступаем за создание всемирной коммунистической организации из людей, стоящих на позиции коренных классовых интересов пролетариата и опирающихся на принципиальные положения марксистской теории.
Такая организация необходима для подготовки к мировой революции путём содействия формированию всемирно-исторического, интернационального пролетариата и, тем самым, созданию последнего недостающего для этой революции условия.
Товарищи, никакой "национальный социализм" в рамках одной отдельной страны невозможен. Изолированная диктатура пролетариата неизбежно будет раздавлена экономическими и военными усилиями империализма. Это, разумеется, не отрицает возможности, что застрельщиком мировой революции рабочего класса изначально могут оказаться его отдельные национальные отряды. Задача рабочего класса и его классовых партий во всех странах – это безусловная и всеобщая поддержка данного начинания и приложение всех усилий для его пропаганды и распространения на все страны.
Объективные условия на нашей стороне. В начале ХХ века в мире было 60 млн. пролетариев, накануне второй мировой войны - 140 млн. сейчас – порядка 2 млрд. Вместе с семьями – это более половины человечества. Пора рабочему классу просыпаться. Капиталистическая мировая система входит в новый системный кризис. Не хватает только субъективного фактора – международной пролетарской партии, построенной на научных принципах марксизма.
Или мировая революция предотвратит мировую войну, либо мировая война породит мировую революцию! В любом случае, мировая война – это геноцид, направленный против рабочего класса всех стран и континентов. А мировая пролетарская революция – единственное и окончательное решение проблемы. И только общими усилиями, объединившись в нашей общей классовой борьбе, мы можем остановить ядерную катастрофу и уничтожение человечества.
Поэтому наш лозунг, обращенный ко всем трудящимся нашей планеты все тот же:
Пролетарии всех стран соединяйтесь!

It is organized by the "Japan Revolutionary Communist League - Revolutionary Marxist Faction" [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japan_Revolutionary_Communist_League_(Revolutionary_Marxist_Faction)] which is a kind of Trotskyist group resulting from many splits and referring somehow to the old Zengakuren.
It is somehow weird from a "left communist" organization to send greetings to such a bunch of leftists making their show for peace, even if the Krasnoyarsk comrades point out important issues such as the needs of generalized war for capital and how to develop our own and only response as proletariat: revolutionary defeatism...
