Can anyone offer advice with regards 1 to 1 tuition/language exchange with differing abilities?
Last time i tried, it turned into a (drinking) social, which of course helped with fluency :p

Is one of the languages English? If so I can help you with plenty of materials and advice and stuff.

Yeah, advice how? In my current job, it's like 90% one-on-one - which I should say is like my least favorite way to teach English (after online lessons, which are just terrible).

Yeah, one's English. What kind of advice? I think on structure more than anything else (does it differ from regular lessons?), but materials would be fantastic. :)

Do you know the person's level? Beginner, Pre-intermediate, Intermediate? Could you send me your email in a pm, would be easier.

If it's a language exchange and not formal then you can pick topics to discuss for each part. Or you could choose a film/song etc to watch first and then talk about.
