Since the sale of Demotix, are there any decent commercial photo libraries to illustrate radical publications with proprietary but royalty free images, or any citizen photojournalism or microstock agencies?

If you're after images of specific events it's probably worth looking on social media, people who've uploaded images of events they're at as participants will often not want money if it's a radical publication.
