Building FORAism in the US

Submitted by syndicalist on August 25, 2017

I am curious how a FORAist organization might work in the US? Not a loaded question. Posed out of curiosity and practical interest.

For transparency, I am not a FORAista, but am keenly interested in issues relative to building US anarcho-sydicalism.

Is there anyone who is actually proposing to build such an organization in the US?

Also, what do you mean when you say "work"? How would you measure success?

A resistance society can be quite a good thing. However actually, when people refer to FORAism, they are usually referring to something else. So the question, l don't think, is properly stated. A resistance society is one thing, FORAism another.

"A resistance society is one thing, FORAism another." --- how so? I'm not too familiar with the nuances.

I'm not sure I get FORAismoism in any meaningful way. That's cool. I'll continue to read stuff as I come across it.
