Minor question, but I might come up with more of these as I go along - does libcom have a specific tag for practical/how-to/organising guides? It kind of seems like there should be one, but the closest I could find was "organisation", which also covers a lot of other things.

We don't. All the howto stuff was originally organised into this book: https://libcom.org/organise - this was when the library was about 5% the size it is now and only had historical/theoretical stuff in it.
