El Calafate is a small city in Patagonia, Argentina - mainly known as a tourist destination because of its proximity to Los Glaciares National Park.
There is a small alley off the main street of El Calafate named after anarchist Antonio Soto. A wooden sign indicating the alley reads: "A la memoria de los obreros de la huelga rural patagónica 1910 / 1921" - "To the memory of the workers of the Patagonian rural strike 1910 / 1921".
Libcom also hosts a short biography of Soto by Nick Heath.
