4. レーニンの「国家と革命」は10月以降に適用されたのか？

　一言で言えば、適用されなかった。実際は逆だった。10月以後、ボルシェヴィキはレーニンの「国家と革命」の思想を導入できなかっただけでなく、実際には正反対のことを導入していた。ある歴史家は次のように述べている。
