Don Hamerquist on capitalist crisis

This is a discussion paper on capitalist crisis written by Don Hamerquist in 1983.

Hamerquist was a member in the U.S. marxist group Sojourner Truth Organization (STO). The paper is unfinished and the STO never had a discussion on it. Hamerquist writes that "it indicates some approaches and issues that were floating around as the organization disintegrated, but it doesn't reflect the main points of contention in that process." It's posted here for historical purposes and for discussion of the contents.
