1994 seems to be strictly a year of reporting and forwarding information on international events, conferences, campaigns. The Press Release was interchanged with a Circular format. The Circular was mainly internal in the sense that the audience were IWA Sections and specific anarcho-syndicalist and libertarian contacts.
The Press Releases & Circulars were produced by a New York-New Jersey WSA (all labor and costs donated). This was produced in the era before the internet. Most of these Press Releases & Circulars were republished in a variety of IWA, anarchist, libertarian and radical worker publications.
