There's an article about…
Re relevant-to-libcom articles, there's an article about Buddhist anarchism (for anyone who's interested in that) by Gary Snyder in some Fifth Estate issue, but I don't recall being particularly impressed with it. I was going to upload the version of the article that appears in Snyder's book Earth House Hold. I thought it was archive-worthy given how Snyder was the person Kerouac based his Japhy Ryder character on in his Dharma Bums book, which has quite a few anti-capitalist themes.[1] It also seems like Snyder is one of the main people who has attempted to connect Buddhism to anarchism.
1. "At the same time, being a Northwest boy with idealistic tendencies, he [Japhy Ryder] got interested in old-fashioned IWW anarchism and learned to play the guitar and sing old worker songs to go with his Indian songs and general folksong interests." (ch. 2)
This all sounds great!
