The emergence of the KAPD has already earned it the label "Lumpenproletariat Party." Indeed, the new party has become a gathering place for the darkest elements. Therefore, it cannot be regarded as a political party in any meaningful sense. The incidents during the recent meeting disruptions by KAPD members are telling in themselves. Furthermore, there is a suspicion, though currently lacking conclusive evidence, that KAPD members are involved in the massive burglaries of recent days. It has been repeatedly emphasized in member meetings that the new organization suffers from an increasingly acute lack of funds, which must be addressed by any means possible, including burglaries or other violent methods.
The RKD organization—formerly the HI Neumann Group—which was later led by Heinrich, then by Cornelius, and now follows Jarowski’s directives, has been perpetually on the verge of collapse and is now poised to join the KAPD, where it naturally belongs given its overall tendencies. According to current findings, the attacks on railway trains and the criminal assaults on railway infrastructure during the March unrest can be attributed to RKD members.
