A useful if limited
A useful if limited introductory text for those anarchists still unable to treat Marx's contribution to revolutionary theory seriously, but reference to some of the critical reviews it received could be helpful to anarchist readers.
One I recall can be found in a short article titled 'Marxism' and Anarchism by Ricardo Monde which compares some of Wayne's conclusions with another text by the late John Crump titled 'A Contribution to the Critique of Marx' in the library here.

Hopefully anarchist readers will not take Wayne's particular understanding (or in some respects misunderstanding) of Marx and Marxism as the final word.
