300 students occupy tax offices in Caen

The tax offices of Caen have been occupied by 300 students between 3 and 5pm in protest against the contract of first employmeny (CPE) and all the casual and precarious contracts.

Submitted by alibi on March 20, 2006

The students had deployed a banner on which one could read "They casualise, we organise!". During a general assembly, approximately 600 students of the university of Caen had voted in favour of occupations of public places, by a show of hands and a broad margin majority.
