Visteon Managers Pension Fund

An extract of the administrators documents about Visteon, which suggests that managers' pensions were separated off to another company to protect them while the workers fund went bust.

One observer commentated: "Para 2 - It appears that Visteon Engineering Services (VES), new company ? protected their new ? employees by seperating from the main Visteon Pension fund on 13th February 2009.
