Apocalypse and survival - Francesco Santini

A harrowing intellectual biography and review essay devoted to the life and works of Giorgio Cesarano, interwoven with an account of the Italian “radical current” of 1968-1978, when revolutionary expectations ran high but, for the few consistent revolutionaries caught between the terrorism of the state and the armed groups, the hostility of the Stalinist and crypto-Stalinist political formations, and a ruthless and sweeping repression, the results were often madness, prison, suicide and a wave of disillusionment that devastated the revolutionary milieu.

Wow, you have been busy! excellent stuff

(On a sub editing note, I split the introduction from the parent book and posted it as a child. Then sorted out ordering of chapters by using two digit section titles. And fixed footnote bug by choosing the input format Full HTML. If you use formatted text in footnotes, you need to choose the input format Full HTML.)

Thank you. I was wondering why the footnotes were exploding. I will choose Full HTML on next submission with footnotes.

Great, thanks. And FYI in "books" child pages are sorted in order first by "weight", then alphabetically. So you can change the "weight" of child pages to move them up or down, in the book outline section of the article submission page. So in this example I set the weight of the Spanish translators introduction to -2 (the default weight is 0) so it would go to the top.
